I tried to follow this recipe, but largely did not. I didn't even attempt the topping, mixed in three bananas instead of two, substituted almond milk for dairy, used pecans instead of walnuts, and skipped the oat flour. I almost added cinnamon, but then didn't. I know what you're thinking: whadda rebel.
Try this easy-peasy recipe if you so choose, or just stop by for some muffins. Io ho fatto troppo!
